We just had to share this email that we just received from our customer Mo.

I used London Taxi Cabs.com on 21st November 2009 for the first time. I am wheelchair user living in the Midlands and travelled with family to London to see a west end show. The organisation of London Taxi Cabs.com was very impressive from the moment of first point of contact. Regular contact was made between myself and the company to confirm pick up location, driver name, mobile tel number and registration details.

We were picked up in a Mercedes vito taxi cab outside London Euston train station. The taxi cab was able to take me and my family (total of 6 of us) whilst the usual black taxi cab could only take 5 people. Whilst I am unable to mobilise myself from the wheelchair to the seat in the taxi cab, with family assistance I could sit in one of the taxi seats. The driver took the wheelchair and stowed it in the taxi cab.

The driver, John Farmer, was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. We took a visit to Covent Garden and the driver showed us where the theatre was before dropping us off at Covent Garden – thus making it very easy to find our way back to the Theatre. The same driver picked us up directly outside the Theatre in heavy rain – again nothing was too much trouble for him. Plenty of fun banter on both journeys too which added to the fun!

I would definitely use London Taxi Cabs.com again. It took the hassle out of trying to flag down a taxi cab in London on a Saturday and made the day out stress free.

–from Mo on 22 November 2009

“Thanks Mo! It was a pleasure serving you and your lovely family!”
